EAWS:
EAWS is a Qualification that you get for yourself. Being Air Warfare Qualified only helps you, the squadron doesn't benefit from your qualification in any way except for bragging rights. It looks great on Evals, Helps on the tests, and You gain lots of excellent knowledge throughout the entire program that helps you become a more effective member of your work center.

How It's Done.
This site is set up so that as you progress through the program, You'll be moving chronologically through the web site. First you'll Start By Enrolling in the program by registering at the Navy Knowledge Online Web Site, Featured as the first step in the "Sign Up" Section. From There you will be given Help in logging in, requesting your AMR's, and Starting on your Way.
